My Mission & Goal

My mission is to educate, advise, assist and service Medicare beneficiaries.

  • Educate – Explain the Medicare process and policies.
  • Advise – Advise individuals on best plan options based on their factors.
  • Assist – Assist with navigating the entire erollment process.
  • Serve – Continue to be a resource for  clients after enrollment process.

Educational and Employment Summary

1991 – 2005: Completed an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Bachelor of Social Work, Employed in healthcare, mostly in adult acute care hospitals.

2005 – 2015: Volunteerism (U.S & Central America), Education (community college advisor), Completed a Master’s Degree in Conflict Studies & Dispute Resolution, worked as a mediator.

2010 – 2015: Volunteer counselor with Seniors Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) under the guidance of North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI).

2015 – 2016: Medicare Consultant, private consultant work.

Early 2017 – Present: Advisor, Independent Agent & Owner of Medicare Help North Carolina. Licensed in North Carolina.
